SciFi Author Octavia Butler dead at 58

Octavia Butler's death is very sad news as we come to the end of Black History month. Butler is considered to be the first black woman to gain wide popularity in the SciFi genre. She covered the unpopular topics of gender and race in her stories. She will be missed greatly by scifi lovers.
