I notice the section quoted uses a detailed part about ingredients and utensils- not one with a recipe. I guess that is to scare off all the wannabe cooks who shop at their local supermarket where everything can be purchased pre-made or pre-prepared for that "home Cooked" meal. Today's stores are all about convenience, which is why I am pleasantly surprised when I see so much interest in "scratch" cooking sites.
