Google Checkout - Problems?

Word has it that Google Checkout, the new online payment system created by Google, has some glitches. I haven't checked the system out since its formal debut on 6/29/06, so I cannot add a personal comment. It's no surprise that the eBay monopoly will not accept Google Checkout as a payment method, either. Here is the role out announcement from Google's own blog.
